Refund & Returns Policy

How billing corrections, cancellations, and refunds work at Insurance Customer Support — and what to do if you believe you were charged in error.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Please read first: Our phone support is free, and we do not sell insurance policies or charge consumers for quotes or information. This policy mainly exists to explain what happens if you believe you were charged in error, or if you subscribed to an optional paid service. If you were charged by an insurance carrier or another company, please contact that company directly — those charges are not billed by us.

01Overview

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how Insurance Customer Support — operated by Supreme Vehicle Motors Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our") — handles cancellations, billing corrections, and refunds. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By using this website or contacting us by phone, you agree to the practices described in this policy to the extent they apply to you.

02Our business model

Our website and phone support are provided free of charge. We help people understand insurance coverage options, answer questions, and point them to the right information. We do not sell insurance policies directly through this website, and we do not collect payments from consumers for quotes, information, or general phone support.

Any insurance policy you may obtain is issued and administered by a third-party insurance carrier under its own terms. Premiums are paid to that carrier, not to us. Refunds of insurance premiums are handled by the carrier under its own refund procedures.

03No physical products

Because we do not sell or ship physical goods, there is nothing to physically return. This policy uses the term "returns" only because it is a standard label — in practice, everything on this page relates to cancellations, billing corrections, and refunds for any optional paid services we may offer.

04Fees we may charge

At this time, our general phone support and website information are free. If we ever introduce a paid service — for example, a paid consultation, a document review, or a subscription — the price, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. This policy will apply to those fees as described below.

If you are ever asked to pay a fee to Insurance Customer Support, please confirm the details with the representative and request a receipt before paying.

05Billing errors and corrections

If you believe you were charged by us in error, please contact us as soon as possible using the details in Section 13. We will investigate and, where the charge was made in error, issue a correction or refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please be ready to provide:

  • The name the charge appears under on your statement
  • The amount and date of the charge
  • The last four digits of the card used (do not send the full card number)
  • A brief description of what you believe the charge was for

We aim to acknowledge billing-error reports promptly and to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

06Cancelling a service

If you subscribed to an optional paid service and want to cancel, please contact us using the details in Section 13. We recommend cancelling before your next renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle.

Once a cancellation is confirmed, we will stop future charges. Whether any portion of the most recent payment is refundable depends on the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and on the eligibility criteria in Section 07.

07Refund eligibility

Where a paid service applies, refunds are generally available in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same service period
  • Charges made in error — if a charge was made without your authorization or in an amount different from what you agreed to
  • Service not delivered — if a paid service you purchased was not provided
  • Cancellation within any stated refund window — if the offer disclosed a refund period and you cancelled within it

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for additional information to verify the request before approving a refund.

08How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the charge, where possible. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different payment method.

Once a refund is processed on our side, it may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will provide a confirmation when the refund is initiated, but we cannot control how quickly your bank posts it.

09Non-refundable items

Where a paid service applies, the following are generally not refundable unless required by law:

  • Payments for service periods that have already been fully delivered
  • Payments made to a third-party insurance carrier for premiums, fees, or taxes
  • Payments to third-party providers for services arranged at your request
  • Amounts charged by a different company using a name, brand, or number similar to ours

Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Most billing issues can be resolved faster than a formal chargeback.

If you do choose to file a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or bank, please provide them with accurate information about the transaction. We cooperate fully with card issuers and payment processors during their review. If a chargeback is filed on a charge that was valid and authorized under the terms you agreed to at the time, we may dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence.

11Payments to third parties

Charges from insurance carriers, licensed agents, or other third parties are not billed by us. If you were charged by one of those parties and want a refund or cancellation, please contact that party directly using the contact details on your statement, policy documents, or their website.

We are happy to help you identify the right contact if you are unsure who to reach — but we cannot issue refunds for charges we did not collect.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
