We provide clear, up‑front pricing before any work begins. You will be informed of the estimated cost and given the opportunity to approve or decline the service. By approving the service, you agree to pay the quoted amount.
Payment is due at the time of service unless you have established a fleet account with prior billing arrangements. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and fleet accounts. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees.
All rates and charges are subject to change without prior notice. Current rates are available on our Site or upon request.
If you need to cancel a service request, please contact our dispatch team as soon as possible. Cancellations made before a technician is dispatched will not incur a fee.
If a technician has already been dispatched to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover travel and dispatch costs. Once a technician has arrived on site or work has begun, the full service fee is payable.
Refunds for services already rendered are not provided unless there is a verifiable error on our part. If you believe you were overcharged or received inadequate service, please contact us to resolve the issue.
